Would it be a cliche to say my time working with Jess was life changing? It might be but then again there's no other way to describe it. From the moment we began our Activator Sessions together, I felt a noticeable shift in my energy. Some sessions were incredibly emotional, some were uplifting and empowering. Regardless, I came away from each one feeling a little more connected to who I am in my soul. And Jess was the facilitator who enabled me to do that. Her gentle nature put me at ease instantly and I lent fully into the process, knowing I had the magic of Jess to support me all the way. Since working together, I have felt more connected to my body, embracing my feminine energy and feel more creative than ever before which has translated across both my life and my business.
